About Carla Cueva

My name is Carla. Im from Peru, which is one of the beatiful countries of South America. Right now I am enrolling in the program of Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management at Westchester Community College. This is an excellent program which offers a lot opportunities to the students. They can get certificates and experiences in this area. After I graduate from Westchester Community College I would like to transfer to The Culinary Institute of America to continuo my studies even though, everybody tells me that this school is very expensive and difficult academically. In the future I would like have my own successful restaurant. I always like to challenge myself and I am not going to stop pursuing my goals.
